The facilities at this hotel are awesome. Its location is magnificent and nice, close to Kb Mall.

Everyone who works in the hotel is amicable and useful. It has immaculately clean and cool rooms with comfortable beds, clean linen plus music to feel comfortable...

The bathrooms are not very clean.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, really enjoyed mountain view from our a twin room. We got a room with bathtubs. Had an electric kettle, a washing machine, and glassware at our disposal. Excellent and marvellous location, it was right next to a bus stop.

Some receptionists seemed bored and unhelpful at times, particularly when it came to assisting with the wifi password.

Everything was awesome, the parking was on-site, the room was big size and cool. There was delicious food, the stuff was very welcoming and fantastically friendly. Liked our rooms on top floors. The hotel had a central location and it was close to Kb Mall: )

The hotel's position was ideal, near bus station. A lot of food for breakfast, which was savoury to satisfy everyone. Good service offered in this property.

My room included central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The hotel was in the central setting exactly next to bus terminal.

It was a good choice for one night, had such great time. The location was good with a bus stop right next to the accommodation. Went to Cappellos for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Gaborone. The staff were very accommodating and warm, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was inclusive of the price, which was a nice bonus. The WiFi was also good, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and funny, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk, kitchen, bar, and security staff were all amazing. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to public transportation, which was a huge help for us as we weren't familiar with the city. Additionally, it is just a few steps away from a popular shopping mall, Railpark. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Comfortable hotel, spotless and cool room. Comfortable beds, a safe box, TV, and coffee/tea making machines in the room. A view of mountain from my window. Excellent location, steps away from Kb Mall. Plenty of food options within a close distance from the venue.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Gaborone for a week while on a work trip. The staff, especially Mpho and her male colleague, were incredibly friendly and took great care of my team. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the main station and a large mall. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers in the evening and night. The staff throughout the hotel, from reception to the kitchen, bar, and security, were all very nice and funny. The food was unexpectedly delicious, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Montle, the receptionist, was very helpful and even assisted us in cancelling a room and getting a refund. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
